We understand how frustrating it would be if your gift became damaged during the delivery process. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund for you.
If you wish to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible on – 03 9702 4903. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, if an order has been paid and dispatched, cancellation will be at our discretion. Unfortunately, delivery costs will not be refunded in these cases.
Sometimes some of the products we use in our hampers are not available, in the event that an item is not available, we will replace it with an alternative product of equal or greater value.
While every effort is made to deliver within specified times, these cannot be guaranteed. During peak times such as Christmas, delivery times can be longer.
