2 litres good quality Vanilla Ice-cream
1/4 cup shredded Coconut
1/4 cup shredded coconut gently toasted in a pan until it changes colour – do not burn!
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
1/4 cup chopped pistachios /roasted chopped Almonds
Must be made in advance! Partially melt the ice-cream & mix the coconut cream and shredded coconut through the ice-cream. In a lined loaf tin (line it with cling wrap, so that it overlaps & you can fold it over the top), sprinkle pistachios / almonds evenly over the base. Pour the ice-cream into the loaf tin & re-freeze, until ready to serve.
Serve Ice-Cream with Miris Dessert Dukkah sprinkled over the top.
