2 Boiled eggs – quartered
Coat chicken with Red Curry Paste / Pumpkin & Chilli Chutney & refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
BBQ / Bake in a moderate oven until meat is cooked.
Prepare salad, top with eggs, olives & Feta cheese. Slice chicken & top over salad
