3 Hour Hands on Cooking Class
Time – 11.00am – 2.00pm

A selection of traditional Sri Lankan dishes, that you cook and then later sit down to share as a meal, with a glass of wine. A great experience filled with fun, laughter in a very relaxed environment.
Learn about the spices used, the fresh herbs, their medicinal values and why they are used.
Kaha Bath – Fragrant Yellow Rice
Pol Roti – Sri Lankan Flatbread
Kukul Mas – Sri Lankan Chicken Curry
Parippu – Lentil Vegetable
Mallum – Stir fried vegetable with coconut
Pol Sambol – Spicy Coconut Sambol
Finish off with a dessert, that you will make 🙂
